WOW Series Italy Mixed Case:

• Ghisolana Prosecco Over 100, NV, Asolo, Veneto
Fine persistent bubbles with green apple, white peach and a delicate floral lift; elegant and refreshingly crisp. Pair with canapés, smoked salmon blinis or light seafood starters.
• Vini Consiglio Inzolia Beauceant, 2023, Sicily
Sun-drenched and expressive: golden citrus, ripe pear and a whisper of almond with a saline, mineral finish that speaks of Sicily's coastal soul. Pair with grilled sea bass, swordfish carpaccio or fresh ricotta bruschetta.
• Podere Ruggeri Corsini Langhe Bianco, 2023, Langhe, Piedmont
Refined and aromatic; white blossom, nectarine and subtle spice with a silky texture and bright acidity that lingers beautifully. Pair with herb-roasted chicken, creamy risotto or mild-aged cheeses.
• Schiena Impero, Primitivo di Manduria, 2021, Puglia
Bold and generous: dark plum, ripe fig and tobacco wrapped in warm spice and velvety tannins — southern Italy at its most seductive. Pair with slow-braised lamb, smoked pork ribs or robust tomato ragù.
• Tezza Valpolicella Amarone Valpantena, 2018, Veneto
Commanding and complex; concentrated dried cherry, dark chocolate and leather with brooding depth and a long, warming finish built for contemplation. Pair with braised beef short rib, wild boar or aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
• Podere Ruggeri Corsini Bussia, 2020, Barolo, Piedmont
The king of Italian reds: dried rose petal, tar, red cherry and earthy truffle woven through firm, noble tannins with extraordinary structure and ageing potential. Pair with beef fillet, braised osso buco or black truffle dishes.
