This is an electric wine, full of zesty fruit, mineral undertow, with a delicious creamy texture and fantastic fruit in abundance! Ideal for aperitif or with light fish dishes with plenty of lemon butter sauce, it will work wonders! Vermentino is a variety we don’t see a huge amount of, found predominantly in Italy and Sardinia, making aromatic, zesty wines more akin to Sauvignon Blanc. Chateau La Baronne are at the forefront of winemaking in Corbières. An Italian consultant oenologist helps out, and between them, working biodynamically, they make simply incredible wines.
