Chateau La Baronne, are at the forefront of winemaking in Corbières. An Italian consultant oenologist helps out, and between them, working Biodynamically, they make simply incredible wines, as naturally as possible.
This is a sumptuous, savoury blend if Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc and Syrah. So there’s plenty of white flower notes, alongside mouthwatering citrus, stone fruit and a nice depth of character from the Syrah.
I’d enjoy this with friends and a summer’s evening, with salads and bbq fare, it will titilate the senses with its bright energy, sumptuous body and delicious, mouth watering spectrum of flavours.
Notes: Dry, Savoury, Medium Bodied
Pairings: Salads, Anything by Ottolenghi
