The name Inzolia has its origin in the Italian word ‘Zolia”, which means “to be accustomed to’. Inzolia is an ancient grape variety, brought to Sicily by the Greeks in the 8th Century B.C.

Faithful reflection of the sun's rays, which by atavistic mystery, has kissed the soft shapes of Mount Suzza since distant times, ripening the golden bunches into irresistible nectar.

From the Inzolia grapes, this straw yellow wine is obtained. Light for those who look at them, delight for those who drink the fruit of their juice.

Food pairings: ideal as an aperitif, or with fish-based dishes, seafood, oysters and hard cheeses

Vini Consiglio specializes in the cultivation of vines and the production of wine, a passion of their ancestors that dates back over 100 years.

It is located in Sicily in the Province of Agrigento, in one of the areas highly suited to the cultivation of grapes.

In 1987 the company chose the organic cultivation method without the use of synthetic chemicals.
