The wine is made from carefully double hand-selected grapes of Early Melnik Vine (Melnik 55) – a natural cross of Broadleaved Melnik Vine and Valdigue.
Fermented in Stainless steel tanks, aged 15 months in new Bulgarian oak barrels, has perfect shape for long life.
With their modern gravity flow winery, organically produced grapes, and vegan friendly wines, we think it's time for everyone else to see just why we love these wine
