Bourgogne Aligoté is an appellation that can be found throughout Burgundy, in the town of Saint Bris, this wine has acquired a fine reputation over the years thanks to its aromatic freshness and mineral finesse.
The grandfather Jacques, the son Jean Pierre, the grandson Pascal and soon the great-grandson Pierre, all these men have developed or will develop the estate, they have enriched it (or will enrich it) with their experiences and their Burgundian know-how.
In the meantime, through the coincidences of marriage, another farm was added to the estate, a small piece of champagne land... The passion for the land and the love of this profession brings together and unites the beings, and the name COQUARD came to join the name SORIN.
The Sorin-Coquard estate now operates 25 hectares in the town of Saint Bris le Vineux, spread across the Burgundy Côtes d'Auxerre red, white and rosé, Bourgogne Aligoté, Saint Bris and Irancy appellations. The family farm mainly produces wines on clay-limestone soils which give the wines a beautiful freshness as well as great minerality .
