From small family run Organic estate, comes this young, bright Merlot. Fruit forward of blackcurrant, black cherry and cassis, with vibrant acidity for freshness and some nice crisp crunch from tannins. Designed to be drunk young, served at room temp, open 30 mins before to aerate and let the fruit fly out. Fab with red meat, red sauces etc.
