Notary Public Grenache Rosé is a beautifully balanced rosé crafted by winemaker Ernst Storm in the Santa Ynez Valley of California. This wine showcases bright fruit flavors, fresh acidity, and a lovely weight, offering a rich and rounded mouthfeel with a superb, long, and crisp finish. Made from pure Grenache grapes, it boasts plenty of raspberry and strawberry notes, complemented by light spice and fantastic fresh acidity. This dry, fruity, medium-bodied rosé is great as an aperitif or a delightful addition to a summer evening dinner table. It pairs well with fish and salads.

Notary Public wines celebrate the diversity of Santa Barbara County's terroir. The region's unique climates and soils result in approachable yet elegant wines that reflect the beautiful essence of Santa Barbara County.
