A bright, easy-flowing Bourgogne that captures the pure, joyful side of Burgundy.
About the Wine
‘Terre de G’ is Château de Garnerot’s introduction to their elegant, terroir-driven style. Sourced from sustainably farmed parcels in the Côte Chalonnaise and surrounding Bourgogne vineyards, the wine is crafted with a gentle, minimal-intervention approach: hand harvesting, careful sorting and restrained ageing that preserves clarity and fruit. The 2023 vintage is fresh, expressive and thoroughly charming — a modern Bourgogne made for uncomplicated pleasure.
Tasting Notes
Red-fruited and aromatic, with notes of cherry, raspberry and a hint of pomegranate. Subtle floral tones, light spice and a touch of earth add complexity. The palate is smooth, lively and clean, gliding with soft red fruit and finishing bright and refined.
Food Pairing Suggestions
A versatile Pinot Noir perfect with roast chicken, charcuterie, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, soft cheeses or simple French bistro fare. Also excellent slightly chilled with lighter plates and vegetarian dishes.
