The grapes are treated like royalty—handpicked one by one, with the team only grabbing the VIPs from the best spots. No riff-raff grapes here! Then, these grapes are pampered for 12 months in barrels. Some barrels are brand-new, others are like wise old barrels with stories to tell.
This wine is a team effort: 18% Merlot for the smooth talk, 70% Cabernet Sauvignon for the serious flavor punch, 9% Petit Verdot for that extra spice, and 3% Cabernet Franc for just a dash of mystery and can hang out in your cellar for 5 to 10 years, getting better with age—just like a fine cheese, or that one cool uncle who still listens to vinyl.
