Borga’s vineyards lie at 6m above sea level on the plains of the Municipality of Chiarano. Here, the soils are a mixture of sand, clay, and silt, and our sites are characterised by small crops of walnut trees and poplar groves.

Intense ruby ​​red with youthful reflections. Fragrant on the nose with hints of cherry and currant followed by floral hints of violet and hints of vinosity. The sip is agile, with a pleasant softness well balanced by the acidic verve and a barely perceptible tannin. Juicy and fruity finish.

On the palate it is juicy, velvety and fruity. A very versatile wine to pair with, particularly appreciated when paired with pizzas stuffed with meats, very tasty cured meats and cheeses of all kinds. The softness helps to mitigate strong, spicy and piquant flavours.
