Two brothers (Xavier and Jerôme) united by their love of wine (obviously), their respect for the traditions and identity of their terroirs and a desire to flex a little within their appellation. Based in the village of Ligny-le-Ch̢âtel on the slopes of the Serein Valley in Chablis, the Domaine is focused on organic principles: no herbicides or insecticides in the vineyard, native yeast for fermentation. Just grapes and class and love, basically.
