The wine is made from carefully double hand-selected grapes of Early Melnik Vine (Melnik 55) – a natural cross of Broadleaved Melnik Vine and Valdigue.

Fermented in Stainless steel tanks, aged 15 months in new Bulgarian oak barrels, has perfect shape for long life.
