Description
Inspires you to sell everything & buy a vineyard, just like Loredana and Nicola did.
Bricco San Pietro refers to a specific vineyard or geographical location, often situated on a hill or elevated area (as "Bricco" translates to "hilltop" in Piedmontese dialect). This area likely has unique soil, microclimate, and exposure conditions that contribute distinct characteristics to the wine.
This 2018 vintage is a masterful expression of Nebbiolo, crafted with precision and aged to perfection. It boasts an elegant bouquet of red cherries, dried roses, and truffle, with hints of licorice and oak. On the palate, it delivers a full-bodied structure, velvety tannins, and vibrant acidity, layered with flavors of dark fruit, tobacco, and a touch of cocoa. Perfectly balanced and built for aging, this wine pairs beautifully with braised meats, truffle dishes, and aged cheeses.
Loredana Addari and Nicola Argamante decided they'd enough of their jobs in the city, so they packed it all in, studied winemaking and bought a tiny vineyard in Monforte d'Alba. They upgraded the traditional estate into an eco-friendly haven by adopting lighter bottles, handpicking, solar panels and natural waste water purification, and by massively reducing the use of chemical treatments and sulphur.
