Simply gorgeous Chablis, but far from simple. This Premier Cru is as good as many Grand Crus that we've tried. The bespectacled brothers Xavier and Jerôme Garnier have carved a complex salt, lime, pear, honey, mineral and buttered toast infused Chardonnay out of this incredible terroir.

Two brothers (Xavier and Jerôme) united by their love of wine (obviously), their respect for the traditions and identity of their terroirs and a desire to flex a little within their appellation. Based in the village of Ligny-le-Ch̢tel on the slopes of the Serein Valley in Chablis, the Domaine is focused on organic principles: no herbicides or insecticides in the vineyard, native yeast for fermentation. Just grapes and class and love, basically.
