Friends Christophe BAUDRY and Jean-Martin DUTOUR decided to explore the neighbouring area, the Val de Cher, famous for Sauvignon Blanc. A new chapter of the story started for them in 2020 when they took over the Domaine des 4 Vents and started to learn to know each plot and restructuring the vineyard. Domaine des 4 Vents is located on the bank of the Cher river, on windy slopes that are cultivated organically and promoting biodiversity.
