We have just a handful of bottles of this majestic wine left in the cellar, and wow, does this wine deliver something truly exceptional. Showing beautifully controlled oxidation through ageing in the cellars of Domaine Vaquer, subtle notes of prune, chocolate, leather & spice. Wrapped up in a velvet blanket. There’s still some good acidity here, holding the fruit up, in its silky, velvety package. This would be a great addition to the Christmas table, soft enough with good acidity to partner the Turkey in style.
