Rombauer Vineyards, founded by Koerner and Joan Rombauer in 1972, is now managed by the second and third generations of the family. Their winemaking history began in 1980 with a Cabernet Sauvignon, and today, their passion for sustainable viticulture shines through. Using fruit from top Napa and Sonoma vineyards, they craft a vibrant Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are pressed cool, fermented in stainless steel and French oak barrels, resulting in a wine with lively flavors of pink grapefruit, lime, apricot, and honey. This well-rounded wine pairs excellently with seafood, sushi, summer salads, or spicy Asian dishes.
