Clean and bright with aromatic herbs and balanced fruit; this is like being outside early on a summer morning before the heat gets up and the world smells fresh and green. The grapes for Quinta do Rebolo come from several vineyards around the Miñho River, but this is 100% Godello and gets the best from that variety. Fermented on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
Founded by four farmers each with a long tradition in wine, with their own vineyards that have been passed down through the generations many of the vines are over 50 years old. They deliberately bring old and new together, using modern methods on their geriatric grapes to make something distinct and delicious.
