Dominio de Punctum, Dulce Venganza, NV, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, Spain 500ML

Revenge has never tasted as sweet as this late-harvest, organic, biodynamic Chardonnay.
Dulce Venganza means "sweet revenge" But we can categorically confirm that revenge never tastes this sweet or this mind numbingly delicious. Chardonnay in yet another form, is there anything this grape can't do? And cracking value for a 50cl sweet wine. Late harvested organic and biodynamic super-ripe grapes are picked at night to keep the freshness that deftly counterbalances this wine's unctuous richness.
Dominio de Punctum was founded and is still owned by the Fernandez family. This family has a long winemaking history, but this a new venture from four young siblings set up in 2005. Jesus Fernandez is the vineyard manager and Ruth Fernandez is the head winemaker and they make their wines organically and biodynamically, free of chemicals and in harmony with the environment.
